Alex Yap-Young is a Canadian actor, writer, and director known for his dynamic presence in both television and independent film. His notable acting credits include appearances in the medical docudrama series Untold Stories of the ER (2004), the comedic indie film Ex-Files, Pals & Pocket-Dials (2024), and the indie drama Isthmus (2021) . In 2022, he portrayed the character Joel in the short award winning short film Joel and Julia. He is represented by Ritter Talent Agency and is based in Toronto, Ontario .
